Q: Welcome! Can you tell us where you’ve cruised with us before this trip? 

Travelmarvel Guests: Last year we cruised from Amsterdam to Budapest, which we absolutely loved.

Q: Out of all your cruises with us, which has been your favourite? 

Travelmarvel Guests: Without a doubt, Vietnam and Cambodia.

Q: What made that trip so special? 

Travelmarvel Guests: Everything about it was perfect. We were picked up from home, which was such a great start, and there were so many added benefits included. But most importantly, the people made the experience – especially the Tour Director. They were absolutely fabulous and couldn’t do enough for anyone.

Q: How would you describe the service on board? 

Travelmarvel Guests: Exceptional. The staff were incredible, and there was such a lovely atmosphere among the guests. It was honestly a cruise where everyone got on so well.

Q: What about the food and dining experience? 

Travelmarvel Guests: The food was excellent. There was so much choice that you were truly spoiled – probably too much, if anything!

Q: Do you have a particularly memorable moment from your travels with us? 

Travelmarvel Guests: Yes, the final dinner in Cambodia really stands out. It was held at a museum with a cultural show. Even though there had been really heavy rain and flooding, everything was handled so well. The show, the food, the atmosphere – it was an incredible evening and a real highlight for us.

Q: How did you first come to travel with APT and Travelmarvel? 

Travelmarvel Guests: Our first trip was a two‑week tour around New Zealand. We didn’t want to drive, so a coach tour was the perfect option. That experience was so good that we kept coming back.

Q: What keeps you booking with APT and Travelmarvel? 

Travelmarvel Guests: Trust. We’ve never been disappointed, and we’ve never had any problems. The staff, the food, the cleanliness – it’s always been outstanding. Once you know what to expect and you know it’s excellent every time, why take a gamble elsewhere?

Q: Do you have any upcoming trips planned? 

Travelmarvel Guests: Yes, we’re booked to go to Egypt next year and we’re really excited about it. Our Tour Director advised us to wait, and we’re glad we did – especially with the celebrations coming up.

Travelmarvel Guests: We’ve always felt well looked after. From the little details to the big moments, we know we’re in safe hands – and that’s why we keep coming back.
