All our tours and cruises are operating as scheduled and your safety and travel experience remain our priority.

We are closely monitoring the situation in the Middle East, which is impacting some airline operations. This includes flight suspensions, schedule changes and rerouting for services travelling to, from, or via the region, due to airspace restrictions and airline operational decisions.

To help ensure you arrive in time for your journey, please contact us if there have been any changes to your flights. This allows us to coordinate transfers and ensure our team is prepared for your arrival.

We are issuing travel documents as quickly as possible; however, due to recent flight and itinerary changes, some documents are taking longer than usual to finalise.

If your documents have not yet been received, there is no need to contact us unless your departure is within the next seven (7) days.

For air travel, if your flights are already paid and ticketed, there is currently no additional surcharge. While some airlines may apply fuel surcharges to certain bookings, if your flight has been booked with us and is affected, we will notify you directly.

For cruises and land tours, no fuel surcharges currently apply. We will continue to monitor the situation and provide updates as needed.
