Important Update – Air Canada Industrial Action

Air Canada has advised that, due to ongoing industrial action, certain flights have been cancelled.
We understand this may be concerning for guests currently travelling or preparing to travel, and we want to reassure you that we are actively monitoring the situation and working closely with Air Canada to minimise disruption.
At this time, flight availability across Air Canada and other airlines is extremely limited due to the peak summer travel period and the uncertainty surrounding the strike. Despite these challenges, our teams are exploring every possible option to ensure guests can continue their journeys. This may include securing new flights where space is available or, in some cases, arranging alternatives that would allow guests to join their tour slightly later than originally planned.
If you are travelling after Monday, please do not contact us at this stage, as the situation remains uncertain. We ask that you only call if you have received a notification confirming that your flight has been cancelled.
If you booked your flights via a travel agent, please contact your agent directly in the first instance for assistance.
Guests who booked with us directly can contact our Customer Care Team at customer.care@aptouring.com.au if their flight has been confirmed as cancelled and we will contact you with priority.
Our immediate priority is to support affected guests currently on tour, in transit, and departing in the next few days so as to minimise the impact on their holidays. We will continue to provide updates as soon as new information becomes available.
We appreciate the patience and understanding of our guests, their families, and our travel agent partners as we navigate this evolving situation.
Middle East Conflict

Travelmarvel is aware that flight disruptions are currently being experienced across the region due to the ongoing conflict in the Middle East. Travelmarvel is closely monitoring the situation as it develops and would like to reassure guests that their safety and wellbeing remains the highest priority.
Travelmarvel is in regular contact with local partners, government advisories, and relevant authorities to ensure access to the most up-to-date information.
Should any airlines adjust flight paths or schedules due to the current situation, these changes will be made at the airline’s discretion and communicated directly to affected travellers. At this stage, all tours and flights are continuing as planned.
Travelmarvel will communicate directly with guests should any changes be required in the lead-up to departure. In the meantime, the team remains available to assist with any questions or concerns.
